Are your fragrances for men and women?
Yes. We have fragrances crafted for men, for women, and unisex options loved by both. That said, fragrance is deeply personal. If the notes of a particular fragrance speak to you, wear it — regardless of who it was made for. We always recommend trying our Aura Discovery Set before committing to a full bottle.
Are your perfumes clean?
Yes. We use only high quality, skin safe ingredients in all our fragrances. We use natural ingredients where we can, and synthetic molecules where they are safer for the skin or to avoid the use of animal products. Every Sacred Aura fragrance is 100% cruelty free.
I bought the Aura Discovery Set. Where is my coupon code?
When you purchase an Aura Discovery Set, your ₹499 discount code is automatically sent to you via email and WhatsApp once your order is delivered. If you cannot find it, please check your spam or promotions folder, or simply message us on WhatsApp +919589755797 and we will sort it out immediately.
Do you ship outside India?
Right now, we ship within India only. We are working on becoming available worldwide — hopefully soon.
How fast is your shipping?
We try our best to process every order within 24 hours. Packages are picked up from our facility on working days, so delivery can range anywhere from 3 to 10 days depending on your location across India.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns only if the product is damaged, incorrectly delivered, or defective. In such cases, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the order invoice. Outside of these conditions, we follow a no return policy on all delivered orders. If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
What payment options are available?
We offer 100% secure payment through multiple options including Paytm, PhonePe, Debit and Credit Cards, Net Banking, and Wallet payments. Cash on Delivery is also available across India with an additional charge of ₹50 per order. Please note that COD is not available on orders above ₹1500.
How can I change my delivery address?
Your address can be changed before your order is dispatched. To update it, please email us at sacredaura28@gmail.com or Whatsapp +919589755797 as soon as possible. All orders are dispatched within 48 to 72 working hours, so please reach out early to avoid any issues.
What is an Order ID?
Your Order ID is the unique order number generated when you place an order on our website. You will need it to track your order or contact our support team regarding a specific purchase.
How can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order by emailing us at sacredaura28@gmail.com or by logging into your Sacred Aura account. Please note that orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched, which happens within 48 to 72 hours of placement.
What ingredients do you use?
All Sacred Aura fragrances are made with Ethanol (Denatured), Fragrance Oil, Fixatives, and our proprietary Sacred Aura Essential Oil Blend. We use natural ingredients where possible and opt for synthetic molecules where they are safer for the skin or where natural alternatives involve animal products. All our fragrances are formulated using skin safe ingredients.
Do I need to create an account before placing an order?
Yes. You will need to create a Sacred Aura account before placing your first order. Simply click the login icon at the top right of the website and fill in your name, email address, and password to get started.
What if a product is out of stock?
We do our best to keep our inventory updated and minimise out of stock situations. If your desired fragrance is currently unavailable, please check back in a few days or reach out to us on WhatsApp +919589755797 for an update on restocking.
Is Cash on Delivery available across India?
Yes, COD is available across India. An additional charge of ₹50 applies to all COD orders. Please note that COD is not available on orders above ₹1500.

How can I decide which fragrance is right for me?
The best way is to try our Aura Discovery Set, which includes all eight Sacred Aura fragrances in generous 4ml vials so you can wear each one over real time before deciding. You can also reach out to us on WhatsApp and we will happily guide you to the right fragrance based on your preferences.
Do you test your products on animals?
Never. All Sacred Aura fragrances are 100% cruelty free. No products are tested on animals at any stage of our process.
Where are Sacred Aura products made?
All Sacred Aura fragrances are proudly made in India and produced at our in-house facility in Indore, Madhya Pradesh.
Is there an age limit to use your products?
No. Our fragrances are formulated using high quality, skin safe ingredients and are suitable for all ages. As with any fragrance, we recommend performing a patch test if you have sensitive skin.
Are your products eco-friendly?
Yes. We use glass bottles for all our fragrances and our packaging is made from recyclable materials. We are committed to keeping our environmental footprint as small as possible.
How will my refund be processed?
Refunds are transferred back to the same payment method used at the time of purchase. As per standard bank timelines, it takes 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
