Our products are non-returnable due to the personal care and hygiene nature of the products.

However, in the unlikely event of a damaged, defective, or incorrect item being delivered to you, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Please note that an unboxing video is mandatory for any such claim, as detailed in our Refund and Return Policy.

 

 

FEES AND SERVICES

All disputes, claims, or legal proceedings arising out of or in connection with this Agreement or the use of this website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India only. By using this website, you expressly agree and consent that any legal action, suit, or proceeding shall be instituted and maintained exclusively in the courts at Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, and you waive any objection to the laying of venue of any such proceeding in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, and any claim that such proceeding has been brought in an inconvenient forum. No legal action against Sacred Aura shall be initiated or maintained in any court outside the jurisdiction of Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

It is your responsibility to review the ingredient list and perform a patch test before use. Sacred Aura will not be responsible or liable for any allergic reactions or adverse effects arising from the use of its products. All Sacred Aura fragrances are intended for external use only and should be used as directed on the packaging.

 

 

GENERAL

No provision of this Agreement shall be deemed to constitute a partnership or agency between you and Sacred Aura, and you shall have no authority to bind Sacred Aura in any manner. If any clause of this Agreement is deemed invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining clauses. This Agreement sets forth the entire understanding between you and Sacred Aura with respect to its subject matter. Sacred Aura reserves the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
