SACRED AURA — REFUNDS, RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Sacred Aura wishes every customer the best possible shopping experience. As opened or used products cannot be reused or resold, items cannot be returned once delivered except in the specific circumstances outlined below.
Our products contain active fragrance ingredients and any damage arising from neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application will not be covered under this policy. This policy also does not cover reactions arising out of specific personal sensitivities towards any ingredient. Customers are advised to perform a patch test as cautioned on every product.
REFUND POLICY

Sacred Aura is not responsible for any damage to products after delivery.

A full 360° unboxing video is mandatory for any refund or return claim. The video must show a complete 360° exterior view of the sealed shipment box before opening, followed by a complete 360° view of the product and its contents upon opening. This requirement exists to ensure full transparency and to protect both the customer and Sacred Aura from fraudulent claims. No refund or return claim will be entertained without this video. The video must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery along with supporting images.

In case of a refund claim due to missing items, leakage, breakage, damage, or incorrect product delivery, please contact our customer care on +91 95897 55797 or write to us at sacredaura28@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund For — [Your Order ID]", along with your unboxing video and supporting images.

If the outer packaging of your order appears tampered, damaged, or defective at the time of delivery, kindly refuse to accept the package from the delivery partner on the spot and notify us immediately.

If your order is marked as delivered but has not been received, please contact our customer care within 3 days of the product being marked as delivered. No refund will be processed after this period.

The refund amount does not include delivery charges as these are non-refundable by delivery partners.

Any refund for Cash on Delivery orders will be initiated to the bank account provided by the customer within 7 to 10 working days.

A refund claim must be made within 24 hours of order delivery with all the required details as outlined above.

If accepted, your refund may take up to 15 days to be credited from the date of refund acceptance by Sacred Aura.

Sacred Aura will share all relevant details, including screenshots and transaction IDs, once a refund has been initiated.
RETURN POLICY
In cases of damaged product delivery due to transit issues such as leakage, breakage, or missing items, a refund or exchange may be initiated after a thorough verification process in accordance with this policy. The customer must contact our customer care within 24 hours of receiving the damaged product. No return or exchange request will be entertained after this period.
CANCELLATION POLICY

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched from our facility. A payment gateway charge of 2.5% will be levied against the order value for all cancellations, as charged by the payment provider.

A refund for cancelled prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment account within 15 days of cancellation acceptance.

Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped from our facility. For prepaid orders that are shipped and subsequently returned to us, a deduction of ₹75 will be made from the refund amount to cover return shipping and handling costs.

Refunds for prepaid orders will be credited to the original payment account within 15 days of cancellation or refund acceptance. - Does the policy cover opened or used products?
No. The policy does not cover products that have been opened or used. The policy only covers orders involving leakage, breakage, missing items, or incorrect product delivery, subject to the conditions outlined above.
