SACRED AURA — SHIPPING POLICY

All Sacred Aura orders are shipped from our in-house facility in Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India.

DELIVERY TIMELINE

Please allow 3 to 10 business days from the date of order confirmation for delivery across India. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and local courier conditions.

Order deliveries are made between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM, Monday to Friday on working days. Goods will need to be signed for or confirmed upon delivery. If you are unavailable at the time of delivery, please ensure an authorised person such as a family member, colleague, or neighbour is available to receive the package. Sacred Aura takes no responsibility for goods signed for or received by an alternative person.

Sacred Aura is not responsible for any damage to products after delivery.

Cash on Delivery Orders

An additional COD handling fee of ₹50 is charged on all Cash on Delivery orders, over and above the order value. Please note that COD is not available on orders above ₹1500.

ORDER PROCESSING

We make every effort to process and dispatch orders within 24 to 48 working hours of order placement. Orders are dispatched on working days only. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

DAMAGES AND CLAIMS

Sacred Aura is not responsible for damage to products after successful delivery. All claims for shortages, missing items, or damages must be reported to our customer care within 24 hours of delivery, along with a mandatory 360° unboxing video as outlined in our Refund and Return Policy.
